专利说明:
The present invention relates to an outer part of a motor vehicle, more particularly such a piece comprising an illuminating fabric intended to respond to the lighting function of the vehicle. Exterior parts having a lighting device are provided on a motor vehicle, either to improve safety as required by laws or regulations, or to contribute to the overall appearance of the vehicle. Here are some non-limitative examples: dipped beam, position, stop, recoil, side, overtaking, distress, police plate lights, fog lights, turn signals, headlights, chopsticks chrome-plated running along the side of the vehicle, the sill protectors, the logo of a mark, the covers of door handles, the hulls of mirrors. By extension, all body parts visible from the outside with a lighting function may fall within the scope of the invention. Currently, the lighting function on rooms can be achieved by means of different types of lighting, including halogen lamps, xenon lamps, LEDs (light emitting diodes) or OLEDs (organic light-emitting diodes), or lasers . With such lighting devices during an impact, even at a reduced speed, the optical part is generally the first impacted and the least damage requires the replacement of the entire optical unit, which can be complicated and generate relatively significant costs . The invention aims in particular to provide an alternative to existing lighting devices, to facilitate the replacement of the outer part in case of shocks. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is an outer part of a motor vehicle comprising an illuminating fabric and a support for receiving the illuminating fabric. Thus, it is proposed to use an illuminating fabric to respond to a lighting function on the outside of the vehicle, which has a number of advantages. In particular, an illuminating fabric is very flexible compared to a conventional lighting device, so that in case of impact it will be slightly damaged and in perfect working order, while being able to easily conform to shapes of the room outdoor very varied. Furthermore, an illuminating fabric is compact, generally with a thickness of between 0.5 mm and 1 mm. Another advantage lies in the fact that an illuminating fabric can be easy to customize by varying the colors of the light and / or patterns arranged on the fabric. Thus, a particularly interesting application is to easily offer the user a personalized light signature of his vehicle. In order to be able to use such a fabric, there is provided a support for receiving the illuminating fabric, which notably ensures positioning and holding of the fabric on the outer part of the vehicle. This support is advantageously easily mountable and removable from the outer part, easy and inexpensive to manufacture. Thus, the lighting device of the outdoor room allows easy repair in case of shock. Simply disassemble the fabric support and install a new fabric if the fabric has been damaged and / or a new support if the support has been damaged and / or a new external part if the outer part has been damaged. , knowing that advantageously it is not necessary to replace the light source if the latter is disposed at a distance, protected from shocks. It should be noted that the possibility of using a remote light source with the illuminating fabric is a particularly advantageous advantage since it makes it possible to have the lighting system, which is generally very expensive, in an undamaged area during a period of time. a crash and / or very easily accessible. In addition, the outdoor room offered here is compact and easily customizable, giving vehicle designers more freedom of design. In the present description, the term "illuminating fabric" generally means a set of natural and / or synthetic fibers comprising optical fibers inserted through the mesh of the fabric. These optical fibers are generally connected to a light source, such as one or more diodes. These optical fibers can be illuminated from one or each of their ends acting as a feed portion, in order to illuminate the corresponding piece of fabric. Such a fabric is for example described in EP1675985. In these illuminating fabrics, the optical fibers generally constitute weft yarns and / or warp yarns, and are optionally associated with conventional fibers, for example cotton, linen, silk, or synthetic textile fibers. An example of application of such a fabric is given in the document WO 2012/098488, where it is placed in contact with the skin of a user for aesthetic purposes. It is understood that the use of illuminating fabric in place of the usual lighting devices is particularly interesting. In particular, although halogen bulbs are inexpensive and illuminate properly, they have a relatively limited life. In addition, they consume a relatively large amount of electricity, so they heat enormously. On the other hand, xenon bulbs have advantages over halogen bulbs, for example they last longer and provide more powerful lighting; however, they are relatively expensive due to the scarcity of xenon gas. LEDs are more and more used on vehicles, especially because they are particularly energy efficient and give more freedom to designers in terms of shapes. However, LEDs work less well in the presence of high heat. In addition, another problem with LEDs is that direct use can create "hotspots" that can be unsightly, especially when designers are looking for consistency. Finally, lighting with lasers can certainly consume little energy, with a significant lighting distance, nevertheless the costs are too high for the moment so that their use remains relatively limited. The outer part may further comprise one or more of the following features, taken alone or in combination. - The illuminating fabric comprises an illuminated portion having optical fibers and an attachment portion, unlit. The support may comprise means for assembling the illuminating fabric in the support, cooperating with the fixing portion of the illuminating fabric. Thus, the fabric is optimized so that only the portion having the function of being illuminated is provided with optical fibers, the fixing part forming a technical area, not visible from the outside. - The support comprises an inner portion and an outer portion, the two parts being attached to one another so as to take the illuminating fabric sandwich. Advantageously, the two parts are molded to form a single piece. Generally, the support takes the illuminating fabric sandwiched by pinching, bringing the outer portion and the inner portion closer together until these two parts fit together. It will be understood that the inner part is an inward part of the vehicle and the outer part is an outward facing part of the vehicle, more specifically to an observer on the outside of the vehicle. - The outer part comprises a transparent zone at least partially covering a lit part of the illuminating fabric. This zone may be made of a plastic material, transparent to light or translucent, such as polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene translucide (ABS) or acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), acrilonitrile styrene (SAN), a mixture of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate (PC), or a mixture of polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene terephthalate. Thanks to this zone, the illuminating fabric is well protected, the risks of being damaged are therefore reduced. - The outer part includes a frame leaving at least partially discovered a lit portion of the illuminating fabric. In this case, the fabric may be in a recessed area with respect to the frame, so that only the frame undergoes a small external shock, avoiding damaging the fabric or scratching a transparent area. - The support comprises assembly means comprising elements, such as ribs, orifices, pins, respectively made on the inner portion and the outer portion of the support, preferably in an area corresponding to a fastening portion of the fabric illuminating, and cooperating with each other so as to pinch the fastening portion of the illuminating fabric. With these assembly means, it is very easy to arrange the fabric between the inner part and the outer part, with a good repeatability of the positioning of the fabric in the support. - The support is overmolded by injecting material on the illuminating fabric, the illuminating fabric preferably having orifices for the passage of injected material or a treatment of the illuminating fabric to allow good grip with the injected plastic material. Thus, the support and the fabric constitute a module ensuring a good seal and easy to implement. The orifices for the passage of injected material made in the fabric make it possible to improve the quality of the fastening of the fabric inside the support. - The support is formed by bi-injection of a first opaque plastic material, such as polypropylene (PP) and / or polyamide (PA), and a second transparent plastic material, such as polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene translucide (ABS) or acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), styrene acrilonitrile (SAN), a mixture of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate (PC), or a mixture of polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene terephthalate. - The illuminating fabric is connected to a light source, for example one or more light-emitting diodes, located at a distance from the illuminating fabric, in a part of the vehicle being protected from external aggressions, including climatic aggressions or damage. shocks. Thus, the light source is deported away from impact zones, preferably in an indoor area little exposed to external shocks, so has less risk of being damaged during shocks. The reception area of the light source is advantageously chosen according to the available space, its low exposure in case of shock and ideally its sealing. Indeed, having the light source in dry zone avoids sealing the optical block which can be very expensive. The support comprises at its end one or more optical fiber passage slots for the connection of optical fibers with a light source. - The support comprises means for fixing the support on the outer part of the vehicle, in particular by snapping, riveting, screwing, gluing or welding. - The outer part of a motor vehicle is part of the group comprising a front or rear bumper skin, a tailgate, a front or rear wing, a rocker, a side door, a wheel arch, a roof, a mirror shell. - The illuminating fabric constitutes or is part of a lighting device having an aesthetic and / or regulatory function, forming part of the group consisting of dipped beam, headlamp, headlamp, recoil, side, overtaking, vehicle lights, fog lights, turn signals, headlights, chrome rods running along a side of the vehicle, sill protectors, a logo of a mark, door handle covers, mirror hulls. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising an outer part as presented above. The invention will be better understood on reading the appended figures, which are provided by way of examples and are in no way limiting, in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a part of an outer part of motor vehicle according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an illuminating fabric of the outer part of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a support for receiving the illuminating fabric according to a first embodiment. - Figure 4 is a perspective view of a receiving medium of the illuminating fabric according to a second embodiment. - Figure 5 is a perspective view of a receiving medium of the illuminating fabric according to a third embodiment. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a support for receiving the illuminating fabric according to a fourth embodiment. FIG. 1 shows in perspective a portion of an outer part of a motor vehicle according to one embodiment. The outer part may be any room located outside a vehicle which has inter alia a lighting function, for example, the dipped beam, position, stop, recoil, side, overtaking , emergency lights, police plate lights, fog lights, turn signals, headlights, chrome strips running along the side of the vehicle, sill protectors, a logo of a brand, door handle covers, mirror hulls. As shown in FIG. 1, the outer part comprises an illuminating fabric 200 and a support for receiving the illuminating fabric, ensuring positioning and holding of the fabric 200 on the outer vehicle part. In this embodiment, the support 300 and the fabric 200 are in planar form. It is obvious that their shapes can be adapted to the outer part on which they are mounted. In particular according to an advantageous application, they are in a curved form. The fabric 200 is positioned and held in the holder 300 using different technologies, as further described in the following. The support 300 is mounted on the outer part by means of the fixing means 305. The fabric 200 is shown in more detail in FIG. 2. It comprises an illuminated portion 201 comprising optical fibers and a fixing portion 202, preferably unlit. Preferably, the optical fibers are arranged in such a way that the outgoing light is emitted in a direction perpendicular to the plane formed by these optical fibers. The illuminated portion 201 of the fabric may have particular patterns such as a manufacturer's mark logo or a monogram, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. In this example, the fastening portion 202 of the fabric 200 is pinched. at least partially in the support 300, thus ensuring the positioning and the holding of the tissue 200 in the support 300. The tissue 200 is connected to a light source 400, such as one or more light-emitting diodes. In the illustrated embodiment, the light source 400 is at a distance from the fabric 200, preferably in a part of the vehicle being protected from external aggression. For this purpose, there is provided in the support a slot 317, 327, 337, 347 (see FIGS. 3-6) for the passage of optical fibers 203 for the connection of optical fibers 203 with the light source 400. Light source is not exposed to shocks or weather conditions, so is less likely to be damaged. Its life can then be increased. The support according to four embodiments will now be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6, respectively. According to a first embodiment, illustrated in Figure 3, the support 310 comprises an inner portion 311 and an outer portion 312, the two parts being integral. In this embodiment, the support 310 is overmolded by injection of material, preferably thermoplastic, onto the fabric (shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3). In order to improve the quality of the fastening between the fabric and the support, the fabric may comprise orifices 204 for the passage of injected material, preferably in the fixing portion 202. The outer portion 312 of the support 310 has a zone 316 leaving at least partially the illuminated portion 201 of the fabric 200. This zone can be a simple opening. In other words, the outer portion 312 may comprise a frame whose opening constitutes the zone 316. According to one variant, this zone may be covered with a protective layer of the fabric, made of a plastic material, transparent to light or translucent. In this case, it is advantageous to form the support by bi-injection of a first opaque plastic material, such as polypropylene (PP) and / or polyamide (PA), which will constitute the inner part 311 and an area of the outer portion 312 forming a frame around the protective layer covering the area 316; and a second transparent plastic material, such as polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) or acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), a mixture of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate (PC), or a mixture of polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene terephthalate, which will constitute the protective layer of the outer portion 312. at the protective layer, the illuminating fabric is well protected, the risks of being damaged are therefore reduced. As mentioned above, the support 310 comprises a slot 317 for the passage of optical fibers 203 for the connection of optical fibers 203 with the light source 400. This slot 317 is created naturally during overmolding due to the presence of the fibers 203. Finally, the support 310 comprises fixing means 315 of the support on the outer part of the vehicle, made in the form of latching openings, 4 in number here, cooperating with snap elements arranged on the outer part so to fix the support 310 on the latter. The fastening means may take other forms, for example riveting, screwing, gluing or welding. According to a second embodiment, illustrated in Figure 4, the support 320 comprises an inner portion 321 and an outer portion 322, the two parts being attached to one another, so as to take the illuminating fabric 200 sandwich . To do this, the support 320 comprises assembly means made respectively on its inner portion 321 and outer portion 322 and cooperating with each other so as to pinch the fastening portion 202 of the fabric 200. Preferably, these means in this embodiment, the assembly means comprise orifices 323 formed in the inner part 321 and pins 324 formed on the outer part 322. cooperating with each other so as to pinch the fabric 200 provided with the corresponding orifices. Of course, there may be openings in the outer portion 322 and pins on the inner portion 321. As seen in the first embodiment, the outer portion 322 of the support 320 also comprises a zone 326 leaving at least partially the illuminated portion 201 of the fabric 200. The characteristics related to this zone are identical to those exhibited in the first embodiment. and therefore will not be repeated here, the same for the slot 327 for passage of optical fibers and the fixing means 325 of the support on the outer part. According to a third embodiment, similar to the second embodiment and illustrated in FIG. 5, the support 330 comprises an inner part 331 and an outer part 332, the two parts being attached one on the other, so as to take the fabric illuminating 200 in sandwich. To do this, the support 330 comprises assembly means made respectively on its inner portion 331 and outer portion 332 and cooperating with each other so as to pinch the fastening portion 202 of the fabric 200. Preferably, these means in this embodiment, the assembly means comprise ribs 333 formed in the inner part 331 and ribs 334 formed on the outer part 332. , cooperating with each other so as to pinch the tissue 200. Preferably, the ribs extend over the entire length of the support, thus ensuring better retention of the fabric in the support. As seen in the first embodiment, the outer portion 332 of the support 330 also comprises a zone 336 at least partially exposing the illuminated portion 201 of the fabric 200. The characteristics related to this zone are identical to those exhibited in the first embodiment. embodiment and therefore will not be repeated here, the same for the slot 337 optical fiber passage. In this embodiment, fixing means 335 of the support on the outer part made in the form of snap protrusions are illustrated. According to a fourth embodiment, similar to the second and illustrated in Figure 6, the support 340 comprises an inner portion 341 and an outer portion 342, the two parts forming a single piece inseparable. More specifically, the portions 341 and 342 are integrally molded along one of their longitudinal edge, the opposite side of each of the parts 341 and 342 being attached to one another by folding at this longitudinal edge, so that the support closes by taking the illuminating fabric 200 in sandwich. The support 340 comprises assembly means made respectively on its inner part 341 and on its outer part 342 and cooperating with each other so as to grip the fabric 200. Preferably, these assembly means are made in a corresponding zone. at the fixing portion 202 of the fabric 200. In this embodiment, the assembly means comprise orifices 343 formed in the inner part 341 and pins 344 formed on the outer part 342, cooperating with each other so as to to pinch the fabric 200 provided with the corresponding orifices. Of course, there may be openings in the outer portion 342 and pins on the inner portion 341. As seen in the first embodiment, the outer portion 342 of the support 340 also comprises a zone 346 leaving at least partially the illuminated portion 201 of the fabric 200 exposed. The characteristics related to this zone are identical to those exhibited in the first embodiment. embodiment and therefore will not be repeated here, the same for the slot 347 for the passage of optical fibers and the fixing means 345 of the support on the outer part. Although the invention is here described according to several embodiments, it is obvious that it is not limited by these modes and that it can be given different variants and modifications without departing from either its frame or its mind.
